you're right about one thing: every type is selfish. everyone is selfish, all the time. when people are healthy, they're better at it, better at getting what it is they want. the only way to act morally is to rationally choose the most effective path to one's own happiness.
especially for 9s, persuing self-interest is a big growing point. how often do you forget your SELF, forgetting what YOU WANT, in favor of falling in with the group? and then desparately wish that you were not forgotten, yet try as hard as possible to fall into the background. you forget what you want, and take on the desires of the other people around you so as not to cause conflict, but that fear of conflict, by preventing you from assertively acting in your own best interest, is your biggest hinderance. it's just another form of silent manipulation, which is self-defeating, and thus evil. and taking that action, being assertive and making that decision, is the hardest thing in the world for a 9 to do.
not that you should be inconsiderate of the rights of others. doing so will only make enemies and will eventually inhibit you from getting what you want. (since one of the things you want is friends, probably.) but man is NOT his brother's keeper. he's either his own keeper, or he's a vicious liar. fraud is a bad unhealthy thing, nad if yo udon't admit your own selfishness, then you're lying about your motives. and since others are selfish, if you want something from someone, you should offer a trade for mutual benefit.
