riso/hudson have done some work relating some of the stuff in the dsmIV to egram types, i think it's in ute. (it *might* be in personality types, but i'm almost certain it's understanding.) also, their bibliography in that book contains a bunch of papers by masters and phd students/professionals discussing the connection between documented psychopatic phenomena that appear to be type-specific.

i agree with you; psychopaths come in all 18 flavors of personality type.
