The former is like a tidal wave, rushes from our sub-conscious and sweeps us in its powerful motion towards the object of "passion". However some types thrive on this kind of high energy (especially 4s, 7s and 8s)with the HUGE danger that these waves always have an end and that those types are so often unable to make the transition to another type of relating, they seek the excitement of a new passion, not a strong bond. The latter form of love is a lot less glamorous for it implies openness, a lot of mutual honesty and efforts, it implies the sharing of strong values and common projects, it is oriented towards building in the long run and includes listening, tenderness, support, etc... You carry it instead of being carried by it. It is "team" effort and team strength.
: I guess after just one God awful cruel evil experience like this is all one really has to have to learn one's lessons though. : "Love" as in "true love" does not exist. Only figments of one's imagination does.
