The real question is: Why not keep living. You only live a finit time...whereas, you are dead forever. So, assuming your life will comprise 1000000 crappy experiences and only one happy one, that's one more happy experience you will have compared to if you kill yourself.
As there are no shortage of humans, if you choose to kill yourself as opposed to going after those few remaining happy experiences, at least it won't have a huge negative impact on the rest of the population.
