Please give your local suicide hotline a try. All the volunteers are willing to listen. You will be provided a safe space in which you can express your feelings without anyone judging you.
None of the volunteers will give you advice or try to fix whatever is wrong. They will treat you as an equal. They will not patronize you because they realize that only you can find solutions that are right for you.
The volunteers are there to just to listen to you... to try to understand your pain... and to bear the unbearable with you. They may also provide you with a list of resources with which to cope with your pain.
In talking with the volunteers, you will likely be able to process your personal issues at an accelerated pace. Take care, and please know that you do not have to be isolated and alone in your pain. People are willing to listen. Please give them a call.
