Here's a couple more (books):
"Catch 22" - I laughed until I cried...but I was in the Army at the time.
May be my 6 wing kicking in.
"Surely You Must Be Joking Mr. Feinman" by Richard Feinman - pure 5 stuff.
"Liar's Poker" probably more of a 6 type book
