I'm a bit of a linguistic conservative, I must say. I would probably insist upon using "inflammable" (not "flammable") to mean combustible, and I use the spelling "mayonaisse."

Though I will admit that when a linguistic idiom gradually changes, it's far more defensible to accept new spellings ("mayonnaise") and word-part definition incongruencies ("flammable") than it is to let phrase meanings become muddled (i.e. "I'm in my nth year").
