So you say, with your logic-bound mind. They may be doing their best to understand God, but with our criticism, we are doing our best to say why their best is not good enough. We say that we have a better best, and can understand God better. Do you think that all brains are equal?
: We can only draw conclusions about God, the universe or anything via our limited perceptions, senses, and logic bound brains. If "God" really means to be connected with human beings, he/she would have set it up so that these means would lead us to the appropriate conclusions. Therefore, don't knock the Jesus Seminar... they are merely doing their best with limited resources. (At least they are not afraid to think about the possibility that Jesus was just a man.)
