: The five I am on ly tends to get rather "impatient" when facing an individual with high pretention (seven like) and very little knowledge on a specific topic, thus inducing much confusion and simplistic views in the minds of people who listen without knowing enough to discraminate....

:
: : : .....based around the 5ish tendency to look down upon those less knowledgable in areas as intellectual peons or half-blinded observers, and to feel superior by making interconnections in many diverse areas and coming to conclusions that are iconoclastically original. Furthermore, arrogance is supported by not needing the confusion of emotional connections and intensity.
: : i think we might do well to remember our interpersonnal realm when considering this question. Insecurity in other areas which we may not like to think about much, leads us to jump at opportunities to gain respect.

When you add in introversion, with 5s, you get people who spend much of thier lives listening to people who do not really know the topic, or are not particualry "bright" giving all their ideas based on the simple reality that extroversion gains the floor. It gets rather frustrating when what appears to be spurious discussion is carried on all around simply because a personality is more forcefull. This isn't difficult to understand, if not except, no? As for an earlier referene to being, as I steal the idea but not the words, pridefull in being iconoclastic (:)) again, it is the frustration of not being able to even enter the conversation because the icons are so tightly held and vociferously proclaimed.

I hope I was clear.
