I'd bet anything that "vive" means the same in French as it does in Spanish. Although I don't know. (nt)

: : "Vive" means "he/she/you/it lives." So, you are saying, "It's the only way to he lives." That makes no sense. "Es la sola manera de vivir" es mejor y mas logico. O, si quieres usar el ingles, debes decir, "It's the only way to vivir." Aunque, no creo que esta bien usar ingles y espanol en el mismo frase.
