Although I'm pretty good at visualizing things, I'd still like to see your drawing. Purple is such a wonderful color for ambiguity, I think.


: I wish I could show you my drawing because it's making a lot of sense to me. Obviously we can't think of it in terms of clear cut off lines (since there are no pure types). I've shaded my model with red and blue which gradually fades one into the other with the moment of purple in between being the area of ambiguity (where Meyers-Briggs would substitute an X for N or S).

: As to probability of being a Sensing Problem Solver or an Intuitive Problems Solver etc. the graph does nothing to predict this. All it does is illustrate all the potential combinations of S/N traits in relation to the ability to integrate (track the similarities objects) or separate (track the differences between objects). But it illustrates that concept beautifully I think.

: Tracking of associations of objects interests me particularly because I have been studying autism and impaired social cue tracking. The autistic, taking social cues literally or without context, may be the extreme S type.
