i think a registration system would be much better (i've stated this before)... most new forums also make it MUCH easier on the moderators (we've seen what effect this board has on them) :) Also, for Diarmuid who likes the way anyone can post without having to fill in any forms, you *could* allow guest posters. While it won't solve all problems, it will protect members from their names being used, etc. New boards also have spam protection as well.
