: I STRICKTLY answered what was in the post mentioning it lacked whole important dimensions of self. So if you think it is fun to manipulate, that's your choice. Most of the 4s I personaly know an't really interested by justice issues. But now this is also a strong issue for type 1 and 4s have a strong arrow towards point 1, although I have seen very few using it for justice purpose (my mum and one of my brothers are 4). Yet sure they like to be at the center of their own concerns and be at the center of the loved ones'concerns.

I know it lacked dimensions of self. That is not the point. The point is that given the same (incomplete) information, you people and the test came out with completely different results. The results could not be expected to be accurate, because the information they are based on is inaccurate, but that wasn't what I was testing for.

My description was missing parts because I didn't happen to think of them at the time. I did not deliberately leave things out to cruelly manipulate you.

I think you focused on the wrong part of my description of my sense of justice. This, right here, is the important part: "I feel injustice whenever someone is wrong in their motive and cannot be convinced of what is right." Of almost equal importance is that if harm comes from the false belief, my sense of justice becomes offended much more. The part about defending innocent people was only incidental, a side effect. My sense of justice does not actually target the person (although, like anyone else, I would want to help someone in trouble); it targets the false belief that the person was guilty. If the person was believed guilty but nothing was being done about it and the person was not being harmed in any way from the false belief, my sense of justice would still become inflamed, though to a lesser extent.

As a result of my sense of justice, I will NEVER tell a direct lie, and have never done so, because it would be deliberately giving other people false beliefs (my sense of justice is offended at anything that CAUSES untrue motives as well), and I have constructed a philosophy of information dealing with what is truth and what is not, so I can be sure that I am acting on right beliefs. Do these two things seem very related to punishment?

:
: This is dependent upon an earlier post of mine, also under the name Anonymous, in which I asked for your input on my personality.

: : I went back through the new test by Tal, answering the questions only according to how I had described my personality on this board. If I had stressed a particular point, then I would put down a strong preference, if I had not stressed but had mentioned a particular point, then i would put down a moderate preference, and if I had forgotten to mention a point, I would put down no preference.

: : My answers did not always agree with what I truly felt about myself, but most of the time they did; the self-description I posted on this board is a fairly good mirror of my personality.

: : Here are my scores:
: : 2 0 3 9 -2 -5 5 -2 -10

: : Okay, the first thing I noticed upon receiving the scores is that the 8 personality is rated -2 for me, about what I would have expected. How come the test rated me so differently from you people? Both the test and the human contributors on this board had the same information.

: : The second thing is that I am a strong four. I received a 9 for four, and my score based on my own self-judgment was 15 for four. None of you mentioned the possibility of my being a four at all.

: : Here are the topics for which I was forced to answer "no preference" to questions relating to them:
: : In control vs. out of control
: : Beliefs and principles (how they work for me)
: : Loose and easygoing vs. ordered and disciplined
: : planning + decisions
: : Moods

: : In total, I think I skipped maybe 10 questions out of the 36 question test. Of course, if I described my personality completely as I see it and used it as a guide in the test, my answers should exactly coincide with the results from my taking the test based on my self-judgment.

: : Are the tests bad? Are you people incompetent? Should I take my problem to the main board and see their opinions on it, or should I just give up trying to make sense of my differring test scores?
