I frequently go on "diets", but not to lose weight (I am quite thin) but rather because I am looking for the simplest, easiest, fastest, cheapest way to get optimal nutrition. I hate having to think about food or what/how to eat. In the past I read many pop/alternative nutritional books from macrobiotics to Fit for Life to the Zone to Ornish to Atkins to what-have-you. And tried them all for a while. And then switched to something else. My suggestion is to take the tests and *skip any questions you feel totally don't apply*. There are several questions I found that just did not mean anything to me; I think skipping those helps accentuate whatever score your actual type is and minimizes other types that may score highly if you answer. I don't know exactly how the scoring works so I can't really justify this belief. But one of the tests recommends skipping which is why I first did so, and it seems to work well for me as I have unequivocally and consistently scored as 5w4 (which I self-identified from reading before finding this site).
