I was reading the responses to a previous post of mine and was intrigued to discover that signor ferrari and Epoxy are both vegetarians. I had just been wondering whether a large proportion of vegetarians are fives. For one thing, being a vegetarian involves self-deprivation, something which fives do so well.
Also, there is the issue of being sensitive to animals which was also mentioned. My parents (who I think are both sixes) can't understand how much I "spoil" (as they put it) my cat.
I am definitely sensitive to animal suffering, to the point where I avoid dealing with it because it's way too upsetting for me. If I thought about it at length, I'd just cry all day long and want to kill the people who cause animals to suffer.
By the way, did you guys know Burger King now sells a vegetarian burger in their American locations? (Apparently they've been doing so in other countries for a while now.) The burger isn't all that great, but I'm proud of BK for selling it.
I'm wondering if there are other fives on this board who are vegetarians.
