it could be either situation. the truth is only you know... but does it matter? if you still can't figure out what type you are after some thought, then just apply both. you sound like more of a combination. my personal opinion is that it sounds like suppressed 4 coming out.

i also change according to "mood," or rather stage in my life. i have changed dramatically. i think there is likely a base identity grown into our brain structure from genetics, but the brain is of course a fairly plastic structure. at least for me. i used to be extremely emotional... i probably still have those feelings, but i have learned to master them and not let myself be overwelmed. am i at "root" extremely emotional? perhaps, but that is not much a part of my current personality anymore.
