Consider your arrows, your stress and security points. Five's arrows are seven (stress) and eight (security). Four's arrows are two (stress) and one (security). I know that when I stress out, I frequently feel manic and want to try to do everything at once which is sevenish. When I feel secure, I'm likely to become much more assertive in an eight-like way.
