Someone else said that about females being less likely to be rejected than males. If that's true, I guess that's cool for me! I've made the first move a few times but probably most often in a situation where I don't really know the guy, where I mainly just know that I find him physically attractive. Regarding Justin (my co-worker), it's fine and well for me to sit here at home at my computer and say, yeah, I should make the first move, but when I'm actually in his presence, I don't feel ready to do that! I'm trying to push the flirting envelope little by little, but I haven't been bold yet. Here's another factor: having a thing for him is quite entertaining for me (I'm a sexual subtype), and if I found out he wasn't interested, I'd be deprived of this entertainment! I know this isn't a healthy reason to hold off making a move, but it *is* a reason in my living-in-my-head world.
