First off, my apologies for that cheap shot regarding the age thing - that's something no one can help - again, out of line. Also unfair, was perhaps saying that the other topics were off topic. Probably uncalled for as well. (Please forgive my lacking in tactfulness, it was something I was never very good at, and am still working on.)

***Agree, however, it is a 2 way street. And it is us humans who more often than not are the ones who don't want to do our side of the work to connect with Him - as opposed to the other way around.

Then he has to have provided us with the tools to make that connection. (otherwise he's just a sado-masochist, creating beings he wants to connect with and cannot.) So, if the tools are present... our reasoning/intellect (as humans our most developed tool) should lead us to the conclusion of his existence. Mine doesn't...
