This is ridiculous. Tiger shows his desire to win way to much to be a 9. He gets very angry with himself, which a 9 would not do. He's seems much more focused than a 9 would ever be. He hardly seems relaxed enough to be a 9. He likes to be the center of attention, which 9s do not. Most of all, he is concerned with prestige and being the best golfer ever, setting unrealistic expectations for himself sometimes.

Yes, these are all behavior based criteria, but since I don't know the guy personally, it's hard to judge otherwise. But to me, it seems that there's not way the guy could be a 9. Compare him with obvious 9s, such as Pete Sampras or Tim Duncan.
