Thank you for your responses. I would like to connect to a few statements:
-"In science the entity exists whether measured or not."
-Gigi: This is the Newtonian physics, the old paradigm. According to New Science the unobserved world is an infinite array of possible states described by Schrodinger's wave function. These possibilities become one actuality when measurement or observation is done. For example, Schrodinger's cat in the box is *both* dead *and* alive until the box is opened. When the observer looks inside the cat is *either* dead *or* alive.
-"Objective reality is not the sum of all minds. Our minds might be a subset of possibilities."
"The wavelike action is the key to a higher mind. But a higher order or God has nothing to do with this. It comes from within ourselves."
-Gigi: The wavelike action, the entanglement between the minds of the universe evokes the Objective Reality, the Higher Mind, the Absolute Truth, which is greater than the sum of its parts. In short theis Objective Reality cannot be understood by studying the minds or breaking them into their components. And this is *not* the same as saying everything is an aspect of One.
-"The Enneagram is discrete and quantum-like. Individuals are non-discrete, wavelike."
-Gigi: OK, we can look at it from the above stated view point. According to the Uncertainty Principle a quantum entity has the possibility of being anywhere and anywhen until it settles into one place and time. After settlement all other possibilities disappear (or according to one theory the other possibilities start parallel universes).
Now if we establish a parallel here, the human being is an entity with a sea of possibilities. When the invidual is observed or measured s/he will fall into a personality type (Enneagram, MBTI)- a definite place fixed in space-time. Now we can choose to look at the invidual from either perspective- fixed, particle-like/floating, wavelike. Choosing either will be at the expense of the other.
More dualities in real life: Analytic/poetic outlook; rigid, tight rules/allowing things to unfold creatively.
-"Rules of the Quantum don't apply to us."
-Gigi: All physical entities have quantum foundation. With large objects the wave functions are too small compared to the particle functions.
Quantum physics sets a model in politics, social thinking, medicine, management, thinking of the mind, etc.

That the sum of all Types is the absolute true personality which cannot be visioned from the viewpoint of any type. It is again God'-eye view. Then the total integration around the Enneagram would mean transcending thsi world.

> The wave is in dialogue with the surroundings. The waves of all quantum entities are entangled, interwoven. They interact in a holistic manner, meaning they give rise to new realities which are totally different. A change at some place brings a correlated change somewhere else.
> Now to the Enneagram:
> Personality Types can be viewed as quantum entities. The motivations of the Types are fixed and determinate.. Each type has also an indeterminate wavelike aspect, meaning its traits are interwoven with other traits in the potentiality sea of the Enneagram. There is interaction which produces the unique human being.
> Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle says that quantum reality is uncertain and shadowy. Which means, if we concentrate on one aspect of the entity we lose the complementary aspect. Like particles/waves. If we look at the entity as a particle we get a sense of the isolated part at the expense of the whole (the spreading out wave). It is the same with Personality Types. Focusing on the motivations or other definite manifestations of the motivations costs us perspective on the human being. Gaining perspective distances us from the deatils. So there is uncertainty, indeterminacy, unpredictability built into the human behavior. The Enneagram enables us to view the human personality more thoroughly because it defines the motivations (particle aspect) and it leaves the sea of traits, the wavelike structure, open to interaction.
