The article happened to be an Associated Press article, so I have the URL attached to this message. The 3w4 "signs" didn't hit me until near the end of the article: He is a "come-from-behind-striver", he fantasizes about doing fantastic things, and he battles feelings of unworthiness. According to the information Cory gave me about 3w4s, that sounds about right.
You can find the info on the CareBoard, or you can cut and paste this address into the Location window:

I think we share that in common. I realized recently that I needed to get in touch with my feelings, I began to wonder why that was so difficult for me to do. I also have struggled with perfectionism all my life-not perfection for its own sake, but perfection to gain others' admiration. So when the semester ended, I began researching the motivation behind my actions. My research led me here. It's become a rather fun little project. I've met a lot of nice people here who are willing to exchange opinions and analyses with me. I really love doing that, and that's one thing that drives me back here (other than figuring myself out.) So I'm having fun and getting results.
I am happiest when I am in charge of projects, and when I am motivating people to join in the fun. That's why I knew I was a 3 so quickly.
I am currently working on a project to improve communication between my organization and a segment of the people it serves. The negative response I initially received ("No matter how hard you work, no one will care!") motivated me even harder to get results. I love what I'm doing, and it's thrilling to hear that I'm going against the odds. Even while I am on vacation, I am still working on a project to improve communication. It's pure fun to me; it doesn't seem like work at all.
I bang into walls, trip over things, and stub my fingers and toes. I also have this odd bouncing gait when I think of an exciting idea.
I am an ENTJ. When you mean "judging", do you mean "judging of others" or something else?
I am a woman, by the way. It's my real name, but it is rather ambiguous in gender, and that's one of the reasons I use it on the internet.
