Dear Jimeny (Cricket ;-)),

That's very true...but it's the characteristics of average and unhealthy 6s that drive me nuts:

I'm listing them straight from Riso's PT, by the way.

Average:
passive-aggressiveness
authoritarian
highly partisan
blaming and scapegoating others to overcompensate for his or her fears
(the last drives me nuts)

Unhealthy:
clingingly dependent
self-disparaging
extremely anxious
paranoid
irrational
masochistic

I recognize that these qualities would probably drive anyone nuts, but these, frankly, drive me up the wall. (Apologies in advance to any average/unhealthy 6s on the board.)

Also, since 3s are so self-confident and are very interested in impressing others, I can understand why they would have conflicts with 6s.

Maybe exposure to a healthy 6 changes this attitude. My dad is a healthy 6, and he has helped me mature a lot.

I hope this makes sense. Does this sort of thing occur in other types?

Just tossing out ideas,
Z
