See William Sheldon's work on body types and see if you can
spot the connection to the egram/mbti. Check it out via a
competent large academic library or inter-library loan.

Arraj and Arraj have a few obscure books that are
excellent introductions to the basic concepts tying together
Sheldon and mbti stuff. It requires a certain level of expertise
in that area of material to understand the technical
details of the connection between the egram/mbti/body-types.
If you reach that level, then you could make an intelligent, informed
judgement whether this approach can or cannot provide you with a benefit.

Best guess on blood type is that it relates more
to the genetic-environmental-random aspect of input into the
eco-system.
