In many people's minds, what they admire in a 'leader' (Hitler, Thatcher, whoever) is that they're decisive (J) - whether that decisiveness is good, bad or indifferent doesn't seem to matter. That's the reason they vote for them. The deluded led by the self-deluded, ambitiously, compulsively decisive.
