What is this "havoc" you speak of? I haven't seen any recent problems on the boards here, 'cept for that recent care board thing. This site already has enough different boards as it is, and what makes you think that these "young hooligans" will stay on their board and not bother yours? It's kind of like a city designating a special wall for graffiti taggers. "Please spray paint at this wall, but not around our city."
