Hmmmm ... I'd be careful using it for something so critical. No. 1, while
I consider it good enough for casual typing, I haven't put it through the
kind of paces necessary to validate it for more serious uses. No. 2, the
law isn't real keen on using psychological testing as a hiring criterion
(yes, thousands of companies do it anyway, but it's still a gray area).
I'd be happy to share the template, but I advise against using it in a
human resources capacity.
