: How do we begin to translate "Constructivist Identification" (CI) into "Practical Application" (PA). In short, asigning a path to level one, healthy, fully-integrated behaviors. Palmer uses meditation exercises, which frankly for a SEVEN takes an awful lot of concentration (picture Chevy
: Chase on the rim of the Grand Canyon in National Lampoon's, Vacation; head bobbing, perfunctorily taking in the view, but mind definitely elsewhere.) Medition is just one technique, there must be other exercises or techniques one can use to achieve a more well-rounded personality.
: I am proposing, to those who are interested, discussing practical methods of cutting against the arrows on the "gram", fully developing a balanced set of "wings", and finding ways to constructively harness the stress-point.

I'm not familiar with the CI and PA and arrows terminology, but it sounds like a good idea to me. After all, what's the point of learning about yourself if you just plan to stay the same? Thinking about things and meditating are great, but only get you so far--discussing practical methods here is a great idea.
