Yes you are correct about one's basic type bias staying the same as one
ideally gets healthier in all types... these types could be described by
the Enneagram, the MBTI or another personality model. The differences
between healthy versions of two types are smaller than the differences
between unhealthy versions... all types are essentially reaching for the
same profound (yes profound) end destination where everybody kind of sees
everybody as being the same... the perfectly ideal end destination is
I suspect something that no one ever really gets to. Spirituality is it's
own thing with the same structure as personality. You can use personality
to describe spiritual progress either in the Bible or on the Buddhist
Wheel of Life... this does not mean the two are the same, personality is
to spirituality as math is to physics, math and physics aren't the same
any more than personality and spirituality are the same but math can be
used to describe physics just like personality can be used to describe
spirituality... forming a healthier personality is just a single but
important part of a spirituality Enneagram... it would map to Jesus's life
in the Gospels for Christianity or to psycho-physical for the Buddhist
Wheel of Life (E7)... The rest of a Spiritual Enneagram is concerned with
birth, death and things that happen before birth and after death... things
like hell and heaven could have physics descriptions, hell could be
another big bang and heaven could be a gigantic Simplex physics quantum
computer for example but spiritual people have in their way noticed the
quaternionic fractal structure of everything long before science which
is just now getting to an Enneagrammish model of things... The most
popular string physics model was created by Brian Greene and Brian was
interviewed in an Enneagram Journal. Tony Smith, no lightweight himself
with 13 papers at the national archive in Los Alamos, has the best
Enneagram related model in my opinion (and his model actually calculates
particle masses unlike Brian Greene's)... Tony mentions alot of 8
becomes 9 and 16 on 12 spiritual symbolism at his website... he also
mentions the MBTI and a Jewish Enneagram model... he is trying to place
the conventional Enneagram historically before adding it to his site...
The 4th is defintely a different/shadowy thing... like time is for three
dimensional space... like electrons are for red, green and blue quarks...
like outer spacetime is for inner spacetime, inner spacetime waves and
outer spacetime waves... like up matter is for down matter, down matter
waves and up matter waves... like parallel universes are for spacetime,
matter and antimatter... like real numbers are for i,j and k imaginary
numbers...like introvert/extravert is for perceiving (S/N), judging (T/F)
and the J/P function... like I/E levels for circumplexes are for my
three circumplexes without I/E levels... like humanity is for the
Christian Trinity... like heaven is for limbo/purgatory, eden/hell and
earth... like the Buddhist white bardos is for the red, green and blue
ones... like the realms quaternity is for the sentience, form and spirit
quaternities... like the partnership quaternity is for the ego, mediator,
and protege quaternities... like the bliss quaternity is for the
anarchy, democracy and harmony quaternities... John
