No, it means I was acting out at my point of DISINTEGRATION - being a crazy, unhealthy 7 like 5's often do when they are VERY unhealthy.
Now that I "got a grip" on myself and my problems, I can "relax in 4", and not letting my somewhat domineering 5 wing go all manic into 7.
I have always been a 4w5, but I hope to God I will not be a 4w5 that disintegrates to 7 ever again - it ditroyed me!
Being a type 7 is a whole different story than being a 4w5 disintegrated to 7. See?
