Just start writing your play. I can almost guarantee that the first version will be a piece a sh*t, so what, no one has to see it, just toss it out and start again.
I know that my own problem is that I'll write something, and if it isn't perfect the first time (and it never is) a part of me wants to walk away and have nothing more to do with it. But one thing I have learnt from experience is that it usually (not always, but usually) gets better the second or third time I try.
I also want all the problems to be solved in my head before I start a project, but I have also learned that it is only by starting the project that I can solve the problems. So just write your play.
