" Of course not! I'm not a loner at all on the net. My Intro-score was 26, but that was only in real life. I probably should take that test for how I am in real life."
Do you mean that you should take it for how you ar on here? If so, go for it. I have thought of doing the same thing myself.
"Yes, most of all I prize a highly individualistic, idiosyncratic personality. By that I mean someone who is witty, deep, with many facets of their personality, and above all, One of a kind. I also value being able to talk about abstract, theoretical subjects which I've had the pleasure of partaking in over the 'net, but rarely in real life."
I value a complex personality also. Some may say all people are complex, i disagree with them. I measure human traits as they are relative to the majority of people. I like a person who is logical, yet fanciful, odd and highly imaginative intelligent, and intellectual i don't think many people are all of the above. I also have a lot of other things I like but i don't want to make this post any longer than it already is.
I haven't had much contact with iNtuitives in real life, at all, but if they account 20-25% of the population, then I must've! So even by them, I'm rejected. I do remember discussing the universe, physics, and philosophy with some ENTP in my theatre arts class my senior year. Other than that, no real connections with iNtuitives.
Maybe this is what happens: the extraverts are very well liked and have many aquantences everywhere they go. I would probably be intimidated by this person (say an ENF/TJ). Or, we could be dealing with an introvert (INTP) for example. For someone as introverted like me to actualy get to know this other INTP i would probably have to be shut into a room with them, alone, with no books or tv. Also an intuitive of the feeling sort would likely think I'm coldhearted, eventually. HAHA!
I experienced something like that. I have known a few rationals online, all Js. One of them I know more than any other, we joked around a lot. When we first met we argued all the time, but we started to get along and i ended up having conversations with this INTJ like one i never had before. We also joked around a lot. This guy scored 30 points higher than me on an iq test we both took. He was an ass to almost everybody some time or another. But just the same I wish i knew someon like that in real life. I know for a fact that I am missing out becaause i do not.
"Most likely. Have you ever eavesdropped on small talk? It's usually about people's families, incidents that happened to them, all this real-world Sensing stuff. I've never heard two iNtuitives share a deep conversation. Someday I wish I would hear one because I could easily interject and join in. I can be quite extraverted with the right people (and the ones on here are right)."
I haven't met many on here either.
"See, I'm very sensitive to criticism and what people think of me. My two highest personality styles are "Sensitive" and "Inventive" (see the Movie board), which correspond to Avoidant and Compensatory Narcissistic disorders. Both types care deeply about what others think of them. It really is irrational, but you must understand that people like me can't help it. It's a neurotic fixation."
I only care if they think i'm an idiot. I have some sort of preoccupation with the idea that I am not smart enough. Have for years. A lot of times i wont say anything at all because i dont want to look or sound dumb.
"I'm the same age as Joan of Arc when she died."
I think it was under 20 and over 15, l'll look it up later, i just needed a rough idea anyhow.
