Wolinsky is on the right track. It's great that you dig on him. Are you into NLP, speaking of trances...? The relationship between 'inner child' psychology and the egram (via object relations, Jungian, etc.) is a very fruitful goldmine that is as yet underexplored. I suggest you look into A.H.Almaas' Pearl Beyond Price. Wolinsky is right on target. Wolinsky is in synch with the deeper egram. The way to inner wisdom in ancient times might have been through a mystery cult (Mithraic, Eleusian *sic*). The Sufi Khwajagan Masters of wisdom knew the key, some of the alchemists, too. But today, a way to find the inner key to balance and beyond can be found by applying Jungian plus object relations theory plus the egram, etc. Wolinsky's work helps one follow that fairy tale trail out of the forest of the dark night of the soul. He gives important clues in connecting current depth psychological concepts with the aeons-deep rivers of mystical/religious esoteric traditions. Great stuff.
