4 with 7

I am a 4w5 and my question for anyone here is: if I enjoy "acting out as a 7", does that mean my 5 wing is unhealthy or is it possible for a 4w5 to act like a (healthy) 7 regardless of integration/disintegration.
Can I simply be a 4w5 with a lot of 7 traits in me?
Let me asure you - to avoid misunderstandings - there is no doubt whatsoever that I AM a 4w5!
