If it doesn't work, empty the cache and try reloading (ctrl+refresh for IE, shift-reload for Netscape). With IE, closing the browser (all windows), waiting for a minute and then trying again might help. The same thing with Netscape, but it doesn't seem to be that sensitive for having other stuff in the memory reserved for the browser.
