According to Palmer, Fours scored the highest average on the obsessive/compulsive scale. A small handful of messages on the Four board seems to support this. (Check it out - it may be a little ways down on the message list, though - the subject is "Fours and OCD"). If Geenius is right, then the pattern with OCD would fit in this sense, as would another one (Condon says that 4w3 can resemble 7).
