At this point the birth order is truly stacking up. > Origional problem - being shamed by second born I don't know if my older brother (second born) shamed me, but I have never gotten along as well with him as I have with my older sister (first born) or my younger brother (fourth born) > Solution - be emotinonally strong Yes, at least I try to be emotionally strong. > Bad feeling - fear Maybe. Doesn't everybody feel fear to some degree? I don't think I feel more fear than average. > Felt loss - protection Definitely, I always rely on myself for protection; I never expect it from others. > Justice - no justice exists; help victims I don't believe there is any real justice in this world, the best we can hope for is to help each other. > Thinking - compare thing to generate ideas Yes, I do this. > What causes anger - being putdown Nothing makes me angrier. > Humor - embarrassing others I feel like a hypocrite, but it's true, although I hate being put down, I can't help doing it to others. > Relating - Helps others to please them Yes I do this. > Relational problem - must help others Yes I do this > Procrastination - puts off tasks for more Yes I do this > Achilles heel - inabilitiy to cooperate I think I'm able to cooperate, but I do prefer to do things on my own. > Boundaries - cannot set boundaries to keep This is a hard one. I often worry about people "invading my space" so I often end up setting high boundaries. > Strengths - compassion, practicality, I think this is true. > Many third borns I know display fear reactions not like 5-6-7 fear types proper, but kind of like an expression of apprehension. I'm not sure what you mean. How does apprehension differ from 5-type fear? I am a five, and when I feel fear it is "like an expression of apprehension". Are you saying 5-type fear is supposed to be something different? > Developed thirds are generous, wise individuals. I like to think I am. Perhaps I'm only fooling myself. -Joe
