thanks. that was insightful. the desensitization thing... i've only given a few presentations in my life, so i've not had a lot of practice. we did a few in high school, like 2 or 3. and then i did one in university, in front of a class of about 100 people. that one was not as bad as the ones before, even though we were being rated on content and even speaking style by our peers. i got good reviews, except that i looked nervous. i could tell that i did not make the audience feel comfortable. and i was kinda terrified, although i tried my best not to show it. i think i will work on that, next time i have the chance. if i do it more, i think it will all come together..
