2w1 ESFJ might find 4w5 INFJ reluctant and distant, and interpret such traits as some kind of uninterest. Resentment or resignation on the 2w1 ESFJ's part may follow, which may, in turn, lead the 2w1 ESFJ to either try harder, "specializing" his or her interest in the 4w5 INFJ, and enjoying the process of prying into them, or leave the 4w5 INFJ alone, albeit with some trepidation, and maybe pretend to lose interest after a while (roughly respectively, though these loose estimations depend on innumerable other variables, too). As for the 4w5 INFJ... well, there tends to be a significant lack of initiative on that side. (Take it from... er, me :). Again, depending on other variables, the 2w1 ESFJ may either "attack" the INFJ actively, or act cool and contained, and maybe just pry for leisure once in a while. :)

So, is this the way it seems for you and your 2w1 ESFJ? I'm sure your question concerns you directly, othewise you wouldn't have stressed its importance. No?
