Ah...Sixes, I've worked with them, but right off the bat I have to be stern as to what I will do for them and what I won't do. Otherwise I feel pulled in to "helping" them and it gets out of control and I get angry. Also, I'd like people to tell me what's on their mind instead of poking at the issue until its raw. (although I admit I step around people's feelings also).
