I don't think she's pretending at all. I think she's convinced herself and then cultivates those traits.

That makes no sense to me. Maybe if you're talking about the Enneagram--people having more than one basic fear/motivation, which also it fits with how people test and behave. But MBTI is exclusive by its very structure.
