Hi Geenius -
I prefer Performer to Achiever for the same reasons that you give. It does combine the motivational and achieving traits very well.
I was getting used to Leader for Eight. It is also true that One's can be very fine leaders - although Riso calls them Reformers. What is your preferred name of Type One?
