I just assumed she meant that to HER 18-year-old mind it was hard to get. At 18, even now, I didn't/don't want to drink or do drugs, and I never really cared what anybody thought. If it made me a "Goody-Two-Shoes" (I myself was labeled "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong"), then so be it, I much prefer that to being drunk or stoned. :)
