"Self control" is just one PART of the self controlling another PART of the self - it's the dominance of the verbal thinking parts of the mind over the non-verbal thinking parts of the mind. There is no reason why the reverse relationship could not be called "self control" as well, instead of the lack of it. Too many people equate their verbal thinking skills with themselves.
Actually, the people who are more likely to do that are probably the people who are likely to have greater self-control - since they consider their verbal thinking more important than everything else, they would naturally give it more power. I think the types that would value verbal thinking more would be types 1, 5, and 3.
