Enneagramically, the most are 1 and 5. The least would be 4 and 7.

On the Five Factor Model, this is measured in the Neuroticism scale.

In the Myers-Briggs system, ExFPs would be the most impulsive/uncontrolled while IxTJs are the most restrained.

The Oldham types...

Tending towards Self-Control
Conscientious
Solitary
Vigilant
Sensitive
Devoted
Self-Sacrificing
Serious

Tending towards Impulse/Reactivity
Mercurial
Dramatic
Adventurous

Aggressive and Self-Confident are in the middle. Self-Confidents, for example, can be very professional and they are typically aloof but they also have strong appetites.
