Enneagramically, the most are 1 and 5. The least would be 4 and 7.
On the Five Factor Model, this is measured in the Neuroticism scale.
In the Myers-Briggs system, ExFPs would be the most impulsive/uncontrolled while IxTJs are the most restrained.

Solitary
Vigilant
Sensitive

Tending towards Impulse/Reactivity
Mercurial
Dramatic
Adventurous
Aggressive and Self-Confident are in the middle. Self-Confidents, for example, can be very professional and they are typically aloof but they also have strong appetites.
