The least would be 4 and 7. On the Five Factor Model, this is measured in the Neuroticism scale. In the Myers-Briggs system, ExFPs would be the most impulsive/uncontrolled while IxTJs are the most restrained. The Oldham types... Tending towards Self-Control Tending towards Impulse/Reactivity Aggressive and Self-Confident are in the middle. Self-Confidents, for example, can be very professional and they are typically aloof but they also have strong appetites. -Cory
