Bush is not a 9

That actually speaks more to the point that he's not a 6. Type 8's are not easily aroused. Power is more useful when held in reserve. 6's on the other hand will readily respond to any provocation.

Also, is style is confrontational (like 8) rather than co-operative (like 9). See his stands on environmental, foreign policy, and the like, and compare with Clinton, who is a 9.
