What does Bush fear then?

Yes, 6's can also change the world (for the worse). But
unhealthy 6's like Hitler are demagogues with clear target
or enemies. I don't see the same "us vs. them" in Bush.
In fact he made it his campaign slogan to bring a more civil
tone to Washington. Again, I don't think Bush is a moron. It can always be said
that corporation/politics/money runs America, but why should one president's term carry a very different style than another?
(Compare with Clinton's.) I say maybe the president does bring
something to the table. :)
