(not to be taken as the be all and end all, etc, etc...)
fours need you to see them as unique, as original, as highly
individual, maybe s/he feels that they can be defined and this
might cause friction.
fours may not realise that your criticism is meant with all
good intentions, they may feel they don't live up to your ideal
when you want them to change in some way, (i.e read the enneagram),
maybe if you bring to light the more interesting and dynamic
aspects of the enneagram, maybe by giving direct examples, or some-
thing, he will take more notice of it...
