The problem with Phoebe is she is originally portrayed as a pleasant, altruistic nine. In real life she is a more misanthropic being, like Ted Danson's role in Becker.
=============== A lot of 9s I know are really misanthropic and have a lot of anger that rises to the surface, usually in bursts of hostility, or passive aggressive barbs.
