: Is charisma a physical attribute or is it merely an emotional response?

: We say that one has "charisma" but is that an outward manifestation of an internalized physical attribute of that person or is the "charisma" a generalized emotional response to that person by other people?

: Does charisma reside more often within the behavioral traits expressed by any particular enneagram point?

: Is a SEVEN more likely to be considered charismatic than say a FOUR or a ONE?

Charisma is a combination of magnetism and leadership. I'd say that all
types are magnetic when healthy. Leadership is another matter, though.
I would venture to say that people display leadership traits when they
either belong to an aggressive type (Three, Seven, Eight), are integrating
to an aggressive type (some Nines, Ones, Fives) or have an aggressive type
as a wing (some Twos, Fours, Sixes, Nines). I'd also say that people who
display leadership traits have a good deal of superficial charisma but
that it doesn't inspire the same kind of long-term loyalty or cooperation
as does a combination of leadership traits and good emotional health.

In other words, all types have the potential to be charismatic, but for
some it's more natural than others.
